When possible, we use UPS or USPS.  Shipping and Handling charges will be added to your quote.  When your order is delivered, please check it over for any external damage. If there is any, bring it to the carriers attention so it can be written on their invoice. Upon opening your wood flooring boxes, check again for any hidden damages. If there are, call the Courier and report it to them. They will advise you what to do from there. This usually has to be done within 48 hours.
